Shipping in Hyderabad
All orders received within Hyderabad before 12:00 PM will be delivered on the same and orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered on the next day. In either case all orders will be delivered within 24 hrs from the time of order placement.
Delivery Policies:
All our orders will be delivered by Mangoesmart.com own delivery executives and Mangoesmart.com delivery partners only.
Tracking your order:
We do not have live tracking of the order as of now. However, you can contact us over call or whatsapp to find the status of your order using the registered mobile number or order ID. Alternatively you can check the order status in “My Account” section of the website after you login.
Shipping charges in Hyderabad:
A flat shipping fee of Rs 65/- is levied for all orders within Hyderabad city limits .
Shipping charges outside Hyderabad:
All orders outside of Hyderabad, will be confirmed via whatsapp. The shipping charges will be dependent on the delivery location and the shipping partner chosen.
Shipping Orders to Pan India:
We also provide shipping to cities outside of Hyderabad across India. For orders outside of hyderabad, the shipping charges will be applicable as per the location distance and transport mode that is available and feasible.

Shipping for International Orders:
We also take and deliver international orders. Currently we are delivering to USA, Canada, Germany and Australia. We might add other countries also based on order quantity and feasibility of our international shipping partner. Packaging:
All our mango orders are packed in cardboard boxes, to ensure safety and care for the mangoes so that the mangoes are not affected during the transport process. The cardboard boxes are of good quality and can withstand pressure and weight from outside entities and protects the mangoes from any kind of physical damage.
